How Can Somatic Touch Therapy Help You?

What to Expect in a Session
You’ll remain fully clothed throughout, as we collaborate to tune into your body’s needs. Using respectful, attuned touch, we’ll work on releasing tension, supporting emotional processing, and reconnecting with areas that feel numb or withdrawn.
Sessions may include work on a massage table using slow, sustained contact with joints, diaphragms, or organs always delivered with safety, consent, and attentiveness. Every treatment is tailored to you and paced based on what feels safe and comfortable.
Depending on your needs, we may work while you’re seated, lying down, or gently moving. The therapy meets you where you are.
